Hi there. That sounds really intense. I'm really sorry you are feeling that way. Do you mean like you feel really low in mood? Or that you are in pain physically? Or more like you feel really empty or numb inside?

Ok. So more overwhelmed with emotions or empty and numb?
Cause if it's overwhelmed by emotions you can try to regulate by doing TIPP skills. Like putting your face in cold water to bring down your temperature or paced breathing and mindfulness stuff (some people love this but some people hate it too) or intense exercise.
Empty or numb feeling is more grounding techniques maybe. I struggle with grounding techniques the most. There are probably some suggestions online that will be able to explain them better. There is the really basic 5 senses ones but this doesn't work for everyone. It's finding what works for you.
