I understand you like him and all but no one and I mean no one should force you do to something your not uncomfortable with, and please bring up how uncomfortable that makes you because you shouldn't date someone who you don't feel comfortable around, relationships are really complicated but I can tell you the base thing is that you should be able to trust him, and if he doesn't respect those boundaries don't be afraid to tell him to fuck off because you deserve better than to have your boundaries be crossed
