I felt like this for the first time in my life recently.
I've always had somewhat of control over my shitty feelings, but recently it got really bad.
I wonder if I need to keep on living too , but its only natural to do so. Wanting to , poof yourself, is not natural, doesnt do anything, gives your pain to someone else.
Idk what to do sometimes too, idk what to do right now. But our bodies are stronger than we think, they will resist the "poof" act to the max, you'd be amazed. Most attempts fail, thats what I've heard.
