It starts when I'm at high school idk what's wrong with me every time i set with my friend or family member when talking about important things suddenly I start laughing for no reason I tried to stop it but it continued for long time. They said what's so funny? I make excuses for saving me from embarrassing

By important things you mean problems? Bcs sudden influx of emotions can be projected through uncontrolable laughter/crying. Are you stressed at school? Could be a reason why it starts there.
But Pseudobulbar affect occurs in Brain injuries or specific neurological conditions. So it might be a good idea to just visit a doctor as soon as possible.
