If it's that bad you might want to consider anxiety medication
ive been thinking about the same thing but im not sure how to get them
probably at the doctors
also if you havent already, telling the people you talk to like 'hey just to let you know, sometimes i get anxious and pause mid-conversation, dw about it' or something will make it less stressful if it happens again :)
