Try to look at things you've accomplished if you can't think of anything try accomplish things, pick up a new hobby, set boundaries for your self, and self care :). And if you like something or have a dream try to work and surround your self with people that care for you. I'm super proud that u were able to say this bc it can be hard to speak up 🙂

I'll do that <3
Ur welcome! 😄
Hello, that's completely normal, you are an emotional person and the first step to become more confident is accepting who you are, regardless of whatever you think of yourself.
These are my suggestions:
Practice self-care: Make sure to take care of yourself physically and emotionally. This can include getting enough sleep, eating well, exercising, and engaging in activities that you enjoy.
Challenge negative thoughts: When negative thoughts come up, try to challenge them by asking yourself if they are true, and if not, what evidence do you have to the contrary.
Practice positive self-talk: Try to replace negative thoughts with positive affirmations, reminding yourself of your strengths and accomplishments.
Surround yourself with positive people: Spend time with people who uplift and support you, and who have a positive influence on your life.
Take small steps: Start small and build up your confidence gradually. For example, try to wear a mask that you feel more comfortable with, or wear it for shorter periods of time, and work your way up.
It's important to remember that building self-confidence takes time and patience. Be kind to yourself and remind yourself that everyone has insecurities. Remember that progress is not always linear, it's okay to have setbacks, but also remember that with time and effort, you can improve your self-confidence.
You should always be #1 in your mind, others opinions don't matter to you, unless you want them to.
Hope that helps.
