The most likely scenario is that you simply have a benign tumor. (not cancer)

However you do want to see a gynecologist regardless of whatever i say, since testicular cancer has like a 95% survival rate regardless of how bad is it.

Don't be scared, not at all, it's the most common form of cancer if you do have it.

One of my best friends had testicular cancer, and they ended up having to get surgery on his testicles, but the surgery went well and nothing changed about him or his... under area. So if it ever does come to that, don't be worried. I hope it doesn't, but you are safe and loved!
