I've been having the weirdest/creepiest/most disgusting thoughts in my head. It tells me that I'm that kind of person. If I did something that my thoughts don't want me to do it makes me feel like I'll be the cause of something bad that might happen next. I sometimes have to follow rules made by the thoughts in my head, so that I won't feel like I'm the cause of everything bad that happens. Opening up is a huge no too, but I really want to know if any other people are like this .
#I want to know if there are other people who feel this way.

Not me, but I think you may have a form of OCD where you have these intrusive thoughts that make you anxious. By following these strict rules made up by your head, you feel less anxious.
I can tell you that you are not alone; there are many people who suffer from OCD in one form or another. I urge you to please seek a professional diagnosis.

Thank u so much.
I also think that I have symptoms of OCD. I was really unsure of it. I'll try to seek for professional help as soon as I can.
‼️** Mention of sewer side **‼️ I feel like I'm trapped in a never-ending path. I want to start crying and sometimes it'll go as far as thinking about ||suicide||. I feel sad, angry, annoyed, disgusted, and miserable. These thoughts had been in my head for over a year and so far they had been ruining everything. These disgusting thoughts make me want to smash every piece of furniture I see. It makes me want to yell at the top of my lungs. This is how the thoughts make me feel.
I get them too, but it's just a voice in your head. It isn't who you are; you can't let it define you.
Have you tried seeking professional help?
The thing is I started having these thoughts after I stopped my therapy sessions. If u don't mind telling me, how do u deal with the thoughts?
It was quite hard, but I try to stand up to them / ignore them.
Did that help?
