U wanna talk more on it if it helps? Not evryone handles it the same, some for the better or for worst. For me personally I feel like ill throw up or everything thightens in my chest, and i dont really know the best way to handle it yet either. But I think it helps maybe to tell yourself on why your jealous or getting a technique to calm down if needed and try to see how u can solve it.
For an example: say its like your jealous of a crush liking or hanging out with someone else.
U can maybe ask them personally or seeing if u can hangout with your crush more too.
I don't know, I kind of want to keep it internally and just see people share their stories.
