Recently in the past week, I’ve been having games where I qualified and after the beans gets thrown off the “board” and going to go on a new game, my screen goes black then comes back to the menu of Fall guys like when you choose what game mode to play. And it’s as if the current game I was playing is no longer, no “connection error” or any kind of alerts. I also don’t seem to be getting any rewards for it either. I just find it strange about why it does this. I’m not sure if this is the right place to report bugs but just saying it here

Hey, how do you request a refund for a cosmetic item? It automatically bought the item when I viewed it. When I go to the fall guys website’s refund page, it directs me to sign in to my xbox live account. When I do that, it just opens my personal info for xbox live and there’s nothing related to fall guys

So I am having an issue with loading into a show. Anytime I press play my character just falls for what seems like will be forever if I allowed it to. It's probaly because of Skill Based Matchmaking. It's only active in Solo / main show. It seems like you're in a lower tier, which causes you to be paired with 'beginners' and your lobby to fill with bots, and it keeps picking the easiest rounds.
The best solution would be to keep grinding, so that when you have achieved many wins, crowns, and knowledge about the game; that you'll be placed in the higher tier.
Or just pick another show.

its a visual bug. what controls are you using? or are you using remote play? i know when i use remote play it causes whatever system plugin that detects controllers to freak out a little bit, and completely shuts down all buttons if remote play disconnects. (essentially if i want to go from using remote play to just playing on my tv, no controllers connected to the xbox work unless i either leave remote play open or completely restart the game)

The event just ended as you tried to queue for the next game. Usually when that happens I restart my game and then there’s a new show, but f I wait for a bit the game says that it’s restarting to download content and then the new show is also there.

The player base on console only is so low its very hard to get a game..need to lower the min amount to start a game. 40 players to start a game if on console only is way to high.

I spent over 1hr of searching to get a game just to be disconnected. I fill forced to play on cross just to get a game...

Yes have tryed this and get in to games easer but still takes time but If I just want to play with other xbox players I have to wait so long to fill a lobby. This is what's going to kill the game of for console only players..

Consoles have huge playerbases but 95% are using crossplay, so you are only in 5% of people who have turned off crossplay. You can try to change servers, but getting match in this way might be hard

U can try it but first try changing servers change it to EU or US

atm active servers are us west and us east. I had no problems to get into Jump Around on us east and us west, but crossplay was turned on

if you mean premium fame pass, it doesn't give you further progress. It will unlock you items which were locked in some ranks

I’ve got same issue, I’ve tried all servers cross play on and not on. My internet connection is perfectly fine. I try to find a game and get the usual 58/60 populating message however then it just says looking for players again and repeats this cycle forever

Have u tried factory reset your Xbox just make sure u have a hard drive to put all your data in

The reason why am asking is because some people have done it and it fixes the issues
