EXPLANATION:
Depending on what place you finish throughout the game, that determines your starting position, for example, if you get first place you go to the front but if you get last place you go to the back.
BENEFITS- it makes the game more competitive and gives an actual reason to do your best in a match, it also would reduce the amount of trolls since they would have a low likelihood of winning being in the second row.
