As the title suggests add ranked roles that we can choose from . Like im now in silver , i can go to channels and roles to choose that specific rank

And flex with it :)))

Definitely a good idea but what's to stop everyone having the superstar rank?

^ this. me personally I don’t see too much of a point in this since everyone will just pick superstar, and if staff manually assigned the roles then it would be way too much work to have to verify then eventually remove it after the season ends

Yeah i seen servers where it staff done, and it seem like a pain to assign the role

While if it done by users, most people would just go straight to selecting super star
There generally no point to do this

Yeah but there’s an issue when it comes to what we can do with an official server and using some third party thing that isn’t official. Let alone I don’t see how that can solve the issue cause staff would still manually have to assign it. It still overall just wouldn’t be feasible

I feel like it could be possible but isn't worth the effort.

In theory a bot could extract your rank from the game if linked to your epic account with full perms and then give a role depending on the rank you are, however it would require completely new coding and idk who would do that just for roles.

there are bots in roblox servers that are capable of player verification, and epic could develop a bot rather than mt

Just going to echo what Link said earlier, it would be a tremendous amount of work for our relatively small volunteer staff to verify and update each submission. We could definitely look into making it self service, but it would need to be clearly understood they weren’t ’official.’

i like the idea in theory but unless we had a way of automating it, it's hard to put into practice.

But that would require a lot of work so i don't think that this idea is getting implemented in the foreseeable future

“Or they can’t do anything in the server?” I feel like not only would this put people’s accounts at risk (there’s no way that thing wouldn’t have a password leak or get hacked into at all), but forcing people to log into something (that could put their account at risk!) just to do anything in the server is not a good idea in my opinion. Something like that would be fun on the side, but it should NOT be forced upon people
