As the title says, please disable piggybacking and group playing for Ranked Mode. It's a competitive mode, I don't see why you would allow piggybacking and cheating with friends for such a mode. You cannot call it "Ranked" or a competitive mode if you allow this in solos. I ran into many people playing together to help their friend win and this is not fair play. I'm not even good at the game and I know this isn't right. You can block all cheaters but allowing this you are essentially saying cheating is fine and ranked means nothing and competition means nothing. Please fix. If they want to play with friends and piggy, they have regular Knockout or Solos.

I don't think you can create a party to play Ranked if that's what you mean by group playing, but Piggyback should definitely be disabled in Ranked since allows players to help people climb ranks (as you said) and farm timeouts or pull off glitches that give an insane advantage and shouldn't be allowed

You can’t party up but there’s nothing stopping people from coordinating queue times

I agree, piggybacking should not be possible on ranked. Also streamers have been hosting snipes for years where they all queue into a game and gang up on everyone else which is why I thought ranked would be a joke.

It also makes me wonder why changing server is an option.

theres a third thing i havent seen anyone talk about: why are you able to time out finals and share the win in ranked?

I ended up needing to jump to EU to be able to get games since it's a more popular region

server changing can be useful in this one recent experience I actually went through (it was for the Heart of Stone costume iirc)
