I'm pretty sure that you need the Active role to be able to put your own reactions on a message/post
You can obviously still react on messages that have one already to make the number go up, you just can't place your own

It's not that. It's because of the recent drama I've been a part of, seems like they removed emojis reactions altogether from feedback forums. Which is unfortunate, but prevents little timmys from spamming them.

It's still seems to be in the Game-Feedback channel (next to the Kudo) It's also in Dutch, sorry for that

Maybe only special roles are allowed to use emojis as reactions now. Aren't blue names active roles?

Active Role gives you a blue name, but other roles that you can pick in id:customize also give you a blue name

Roles like "Discord Hoot" or "Game Updates"

Don't know about those ever being white, I did join the server later than you
But look at Trikolo's name, it's blue and they don't have the Active role

I don't know if I had active role lol My name just turned blue after I've been commenting for a while, so I assume it's that.

The active role isn’t tied to a particular color, most users have the blue role because they have either a platform selected or have selected a role that gives them notifications for updates.

Reactions have been disabled in game-feedback for the time being due to some issues that we’ve been having in the channel. We will reevaluate this decision again in the future.

makes zero sense tho if the active roles can give the first upvote, and then ppl without the active role - upvote freely after, wth why even make everyone wait for that one person with the active role to give the first upvote?

It's so that people can't place any emoji's (from other servers) on messages that may be against the server's rules
If you were on the Server for some time, you know what is and what's not appropiate on the server

there's a separate server setting to not let ppl use emojis from other servers tho

I guess, but it's so that people won't put anything inappropiate there. Perhaps ask the moderators for more info, I'm not very good with stuff like this, so I'm sure they'll make stuff clear!

Discord permissions are a mess.

Wouldn't it be possible that one of the bots reacts to every post like in #fall-guys-captures?
