When the game updated I was missing these skin bundles tron costume pack, icy adventure pack, collectors pack, fast food pack, and dragon hugger pack. I tried contacting epic about this but it did not work. Is there like a restore purchases button.

That might be difficult as a bunch of the bundles you mentioned are no longer on sale but I would also like to say I have a bunch of the packs you have and this hasn't happened you probably will be able to get the skins back but you can't just restore purchases

You can't redownload the packs as the skins are in the files all you do when you buy that pack is put the skins in your locker
Just speak to epic Support and they will fix it hopefully
