Yep. Exactly 1000 budget. I made the rainbow course first, then started adding obstacles and ran out of budget (They were pretty lame and boring obstacles, cause I knew I was running out.) Then I came up with the idea of all fans to make it more of a speed run than avoiding obstacles.
