and soldier for either early venture zones when I don't have many weapons, events, or when I just wanna have fun with the mini gun

I didn't really come to Fortnite primarily for it's original stuff as much as others are here, it was mostly some of the collabs that caught my eye for awhile until I joined into Chapter 5 because I was burned out with Fall Guys and the inclusion of Solid Snake and Peter Griffin caught my eye.

I do agree that Season 1 of this chapter was overdoing with the collabs and that there should've been more originals to maybe even things out or at least have a similar ratio to C6S1.

At least with Season 2, it hasn't been as bad and they are pushing a bit towards original ones for those fans

I don't even dislike the original stuff either, I get Save the World was what they initially had in mind first for that story-driven experience before the BR mode really took off.

And there have been some really cool/fun designs, even a few in recent chapters when they happen.

no, basically durable damage is something that only affects vehicles and our turrets cuz they have armor like the enemies do

we (helldivers) don't have armor like the enemies... atleast from what i can understand

That whole news bothered me too with Fortnite for a good bit, same with some of the choices that C7S1 at the time within the game.

To be frank, I didn't mind that they did collabs for older series (like Ed, Edd n Eddy, Batman Beyond).

It's just the issue was just they did too much into collabs with the start of the season with not a moment to breathe.

Yeeeeeaaaahhhhh, so the actual voice actor for miles was uncomfortably flirting with gwen’s voice actor and made a weird post about “more opportunity to come” the time around gwen’s Voice actor got engaged

Apparently spider man’s voice actors usually date the person who voicing their girlfriend or something
And miles’s voice actor thought the same would happen

Besides that, It's not like I never liked or care about the original stuff they put out anyway.

It's just Shop-wise, I rarely buy original skins for awhile after feeling content on what I got. And for collabs, it's a huge gamble on the picks they go for. The most out of them if lucky is buying an emote or Jam Track if it's an IP I like or love enough to wanna use. (Or because it's funny and that's my vibe).

Originals-wise, there's been at least a couple skins that piqued my interest within the Shop like Ural the Sage (cuz Owl. :3) and Penny. But I'm in no rush to wanna buy them.

Just because I ain't as interested in buying them often in recent memory shouldn't mean they can't do more of said original stuff in the Shop especially if it's catering to those fans.

Everyone's got their own personal preferences in Fortnite.

Especially I got Katt, Safety Guard Steve, Doughberman and occasionally Oscar to work with in my Presets.

I've been focusing more on Rocket League, got to Level 43

Trying to get to 68 and earn back up 2,000 Credits so I can retroactively save for another car model in Fortnite.

But yeah, the most I get in Fortnite for purchases is mostly just Emotes and occasionally Jam Tracks.

Obviously Skins if the design interests me enough, but mostly collab ones if it's a series I genuinely love.

Originals just depends if I really like it enough to tempt that bridge especially with how items are priced.

I usually prefer original skins that are more visually interesting and aren't fairly basic. Like the Animal skins I like most of the time.

Occasionally some of the human skins can look good. I use Keisha Cross and Shadow Blade Hope most of the time that isn't Katt, Steve, Pingwin & Doughberman.

I've bought Jack Skellington, Scooby-Doo, half of the Cowboy Bebop main cast (Spike & Faye), and Ed from Ed Edd n Eddy if that speaks of what I like.

Oh and Chun Li, but part of buying her was because of the backbling.

I'm going to emulate Pokemon Colosseum and then Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness on my Z Fold 6 smartphone using Dolphin MMJR2(?) fork emulator because it has 2x fast forward speed.
