i played TftD but in the mid i had enough. It started to get boring and i had to check guides to avoid game progress blocking bugs. I havent had chance to play apocalypse although i m not a fan of going into Real Time instead of keeping it Turn based. I completed XCOM and XCOM 2 with expansions

Yeah tftd was frustrating in both figuring out how to not softlock yourself out of the necessary research and with the incredibly drawn out missions

Almost every terror mission is a two-parter, that sucks

they were completely unfair and you could block progress if one bullet destroyed stairs which were the only way down

Also game had the worst final mission and ending out of entire series

the final mission is a 3 parter. the first part was ok, the 2nd and 3rd were huge maps without the enemy density to match

depends from difficulty. On veteran+ there is an army of enemies on each floor and if you wait long enough with your attack they have the most deadly weapons

plus Lobster men are still pain

War Wolf Dire might be one of the favorites amongst the OG skins we've had in these passes tbh.
