If you'd be able to Unlock NPC Characters through Knockout Tour (Paralleling Grand Prix's Unlocks), Time Trials (Like MK Wii for Example), and Free Roam (with Individual Character Missions, Like Nabbit's), that would be Peak and Solve a Fair Amount of Issues
