It's a negative comment, yeah, but it's pretty ridiculous. They could have at least removed Rebound Run. It's not difficult, it is just a looooooooooooooooooong and I mean unnecessarily long level that wastes time. It's not even fun, because you have to do two laps on a massive track.

Ive gotten to a final , it gives zero points once you hit silver. Im stuck at silver T1 unless I can win the whole thing apparently, which is on top of managing to not lose any points in between rare wins.

Im pretty sure silver has 5 tiers.. if a win still gives you enough points to auto rank up a tier, than that is 5 wins you would need minimum to advance from silver to gold.
