The end date has only been moved to 31st December 2026 to stop needless speculation, and because all of the Fame Passes until November are already planned out, which would imply no more updates

if people cared less about skins we would basically have like -60% active player runtime per year; since I know quite a few of my friends only play to max out fame pass and then never play anymore until the next fame pass including myself

it's the only thing keeping the game running in a way lol.... so as bad as it is to care too much about skins, it's better than not caring at all

but yea in general people expect game devs to have integrity and to stick with what they say they plan to do.

granted, I think people should still wait a week from the initial promised time before they start asking; but anytime a game misses its launch date for example, you will often see people being annoyed and slightly mad. it's the exact same reason and is natural
