The issue with Hex is the skill ceiling is fairly low, so if you have enough competent players in your lobby it’s pretty much a toss up of who will win

I’m still using my legacy season 3 strat for thin ice, and it’s still working for me. Clear out the edges of the map at the start to try and force as many players into the center as possible. Hope they all take each other out battling and I can stall out whatevers left and jump as far as I need to.
