It helps to have a dedicated goalie. Someone who defends your goal and doesn't run off too far 😂 and helps to play on low ping too so you can hit the ball more reliably.

2. if ur trying to practice hitting the soccer ball across the map but you are new to doing it, maybe try gaining a little momentum before diving into the ball, basically just run 2-3 steps forward before hitting the ball & remember to just dive into the ball at perfect timing

once u get the timing of when to dive into the ball & maybe run 2 steps before diving for momentum would help u make the ball launch

Watch after start: Where is the big shadow on the tiles? Move exactly 180° on the other side of the field and stay "in the middle" of the slime bar coming from the right side (that bar should be 90° to you when you jump over it). In most of the times apples and bananas will be shot in front and in back of you, so most of the time you can't get hit directly with the cannon shot. And when more tiles are disappearing, most of the fruits are falling directly into the slime. On that spot, my timeout can normally only be destroyed by grabber idiots.

It's faster to play 3 rounds, and is easier to win when 3 sweats go against other teams. Instead of going solo and maybe winning, and fighting the other sweats

If you fail rounds 1 or 2 you lose points, making getting gold harder.
If you know you are going to fail you can quit the game before the timer runs out and the points won't change. So the loss doesn't count.
It's a dishonest trick to make fb ranked 'easier'

points does not mean anything, for a few reasons.
1: There is no matchmaking to forbid a rookie playing against a superstar
2: Once you hit superstar, it is just a cap and has no real meaning. Its based on time played, not a highscore. Whilst yes better players are more likely to have more points, thats not very well correlated imo. (could be wrong but most people i know get Superstar and stop playing).
3: true fg competitive is found usually in tournaments, or the arena server if it is still active

Why are we all praising Xtreme Mastery Ranked, that was horrible because it had the questionable gimmick in Silver where you had to consistently win to move into Gold and get the highest prize, and losing (even in the final) would result in a large loss of points

You have a better chance of winning going automatic other than EU lol

Never, you're not matched up with people in the same rank as you so games are always against people of all skill levels. If you want tough games rn go into xtreme squads while it's still available or wait 9 days until the ranked cycle resets and all the skilled players are ranking up to superstar again

I feel like they should add a new rank for like the top 250 players to make it a little harder.And you will be matched up with people a little bit better

And they should also fix that you play with other people that you're rank is

Only problem with this would be long queue times if they can only draw from a pool of 250 players. Maybe if it was done by top 250 per server, but even then even top players aren't playing 24/7, and even when they are on they may want to play other modes. So queue times could still take so long that the top 250 players just don't bother playing ranked. Oh and also, the true best players in this game play basically no ranked or any pubs, they're all in their own scrim discords where they play against each other.

Leaderboard is more about time than anything the way ranked currently works. Plus it would absolutely encourage more cheating.

unfortunately, its not at all difficult and a measure of time played, purely.

firstly, there is no matchmaking for ranks. A superstar could get into a match with a rookie player. Is that fair? no. This is the main reason. Its not a real ranked system. You dont play against people your own rank.

Second: the maps arent competitive at all. They dont care about actual skill, but i think its the opposite. Rounds like gooprope, hex a gone, pine climb are not skill and when it gets where you have 2-3 good players in your lobby, you cant win by skill its also a lot of luck. against randoms level 2s its ofc easier.

(my opinion):
it is extremely forgiving, IMO. Extreme Solo has been the only mode that where you only gained by winning. By just making the final in star, you are already gaining. Some may say thats fair, but I liked how extreme solo was made where the last rank was gain up by winning only. Was annoying to get a hex a gone though.

Anyone know what we can expect with the final ranked knockout... will all our rankings from the previous ranked knockouts come into play... will the rewards be more awesome then ever... will this be the last of the ranked knockouts, or do you think we can expect another round of ranked knockouts in the future?

They're not going to stop doing rank now. I think knockout is their main rank mode and all these others are just extra trials / distraction while they get ready to launch the next knockout cycle

Who knows about the rewards the only one I'm happy with was the first cycle fit that white and gold star ranger is hard.

For the fall ball rank we only got an emote that was kinda lame.

When I see finals rank I'm thinking most of not all the OG final rounds. I'll cry if Pine Climb is a part of this mode lol

I started playing FallGuys 18 months ago. Is this series of ranked knockouts the first, or where there others before my time as well?

The original Finals Marathon used to include only OG pre-creative final rounds, but they updated it some months ago so now it includes almost ALL final rounds ever created (with the exception being early SS4 creative finals like Square Up, Firewall Finale, etc), even creative ones like Pine Climb, Roller Derby, Blunder Blocks, and so on...

This is for the original Finals Marathon, I don't know if they decided to change it now that it uses a Ranked system

We're just finishing up Cycle 5 in a day or so but we've seen xtreme rank and that was a nightmare because to get from silver to gold you had to get wins getting to the final didn't give you any points.

It took me a while to get good with Fallguys version of volley ball. Then ranked fall ball released and I was determined to win me them prizes and playing all that fall ball messed up with my depth perception I had finally gotten use to with volley ball. Not sure I want to play fall ball again, unless anyone has some good tips to prevent this from happening again.

Ive never heard of that problem lol I guess fall ball I'm more horizontal minded and volley fall (my opinion a better show) I think more vertical plain but idk sorry that happened to you!

The ball tends to get tossed high into the air with both games. I think both balls being rather big but still rather different in size, makes getting use to know when and where to make contact with the ball more challenging when switching between playing the two games. Perhaps I just haven't played enough of both games to make the transition between these differences less of a challenge.
