I started around 2019, I just don't travel a lot, nor do I really spend money on pogo, and I kinda quit for a couple years just to get back into it a few months ago

I think the main reason is that I don't really go to areas that have a bunch of pokemon

I don’t spend. Don’t travel to places to play. I mostly just open app at home and play locally. Like whenever I go out to shops or for walks and that. I have a fairly good spawning spot at my home with a 3 local gyms and a few stops all like 5 mins from my home

the problem with my areas is that they rarely, if at all have a gym, and almost all of the pokemon that spawn around me are like Natu and Rattata

which I don't have great luck either because I remember only 1 of them being a shiny
