When trying to catch a shadow Pokémon you have to time your throw as they jump or else it will miss. Once you get the hang of it it’s really easy. They move at a pretty predictable pace

They move pretty frequently also. Using the berry that looks like a banana will cut that back a little. The orange berries make them easier to catch as well.
It’s the same concept. Once you get a feel for the catch circle you’ll have a much easier time catching anything.

Well you want to be as close to 1500 as possible. You can honestly make your team work pretty well if you learn it’s strengths and weaknesses. Do you understand pvp Ivs?

First off, you need to be close to even trade, second the pokemon traded will have random ivs, and then after that if the pokemon is higher level than the person it's traded to, the level will scale down to the lower level player, so you're asking for the impossible
