because i have like , 3000 + cards and have to reorganize everything because of new cards i got , and i can't just leave an empty space for cards i dont have ,if i try to do that,i wouldn't have enough space

Are they in binders? I usually leave some empty spots here and there for new cards i may want. That way if i shift cards it’s not too bad. Then i just get rid of cards i don’t care for if it gets too crowded in the area where I’m trying to add a new one.

Also mine are organized in national dex order (and any form changes like megas and variants i add in after the gen that it was out in. For example all my megas are after volcanion) this helps not shifting tons of cards when new variants come out
