Are any of them of accelerated value
All of them (except Magikarp) have the reflective thingy where it has the lines/pattern when you turn it in light
The Ralts doesn’t have it on the art part except some mini sparkles and the dhelmise has it only on the art part
And the raikou is EX but hard to see in the image and with the gold on it

I know almost nothing about the card game so any information is helpful
