They're points that you get for having good sportsmanship! Idling in battle is one way to lose some, so better not idle lol

You get a daily 20 aeos coins if you have a certain amount of performance points

Keep your performance points at >90 and you're good!

okii,, so i used the person's emblem color suggestion and tried to make a build for you :D
it might some time to obtain all of the emblems, but i think it's a fairly good emblem build. I did make some of them gold so that the stats will be higher, but it's okay if they're all bronze!
there's 3 red and 6 brown, and also an extra 2 blue that boosts your defense
