@sage gust it never works for you because you keep requesting Pokémon that have something wrong with them for example your charizard trying to get it mega (mega evolution is not in sword and shield) and also you keep trying to request moves that it cannot even learn

For instance charizard is a flying and fire type it cannot learn hydro pump or dragon ascent

Make sure to do that before you start requesting your Pokémon ^

Watch the guide for swsh (1st link) again and then try it once more. The command is sometimes wrong, sometimes you demand Pokemon which arent in the game. All in all too much to explain, the easiest way is to rewatch the guide
