I used the event pokemon "Happiny" from PKHex, evolved it to Chansey with an oval stone (For some reason it kept the name "Happiny", and then spent over 4 hours grinding materials to increase friendship level in order for it to evolve to Blissy, but it still wont evolve. Checked my friendship level with the guy near the pastures, and he still says i have room to improve. Wondering if this is glitched.

You can host one yourself there by setting a link code, then they can join your code and find you.

Depends on the bot for bdsp and sword and shield you can use Pokémon showdown but for legends you can’t request a Pokémon holding an item
