Like Kai said, the bots can't make anything illegal (Like a Shiny Galar Articuno), and since they are just as legal as anything you can catch (Like a route 1 Caterpie) there's no point in them taking action against on someone using them. For where they come from, you can check out the source code for sysbots should be something there that answers that

Also they're made to be exactly like a normal pokemon so you could catch a pokemon and make the same pokemon and they'd not have a difference, that is unless you intentionally made them different

The only main tips I can give are to

1. Bring powerful and high leveled, Dark, Ghost, Ice, Dragon and/or Fairy type Pokemon
2. Bring lost of heals cause of 3
3. Be careful what you have out when Giratina shows up cause (I may be wrong) for both Phases it will go first and Origin will take that turn to knock out whatever is on the field (Though you should know that by now) and if Altered Giratina does go first hope whatever you have can live the first move

Keep in mind I could give more but this is only from what little knowledge I have on the fight since I don't have the game
