They aren’t “hacked” pokemon as the bot can only generate legal pokemon.
This means that the movesets, levels, abilities, shiny factor and stats by the way of EVs and IVs are legitimate.
So there is no issue with using them in any way

Since Meloetta starts the battle in aria form using a pirouette form meloetta can be risky at some points such as since you have to take a hit from faster pokemon or hope slower pokémon don't predict the Pirouette Meloetta switch, but the better form depends on whether you're gonna need a physical or special attacker
