turns out if you change the OT or the TID/SID it will generate one with random IV's then hyper train the rest. if you dont mess with ball or those settings it should be max ivs

if you do Japanese/shiny ditto does it mint the nature to something not hardy? it seems its always hardy but the stat colors are different
