I’ve tried 3 times to trade myself a Teddiursa and it won’t recognise that the Pokémon originates in my game. OT and TID are displayed correctly, though. OT/Original Trainer is the name that you gave your OC/character. TID is the number that you can see on either the pokemon that you’ve caught/gifted or on the trainer card itself. The SID/Secret ID can only be found and seen from external sources. Trade a pokemon with any of the bots and trade messages will usually display your info during the trade process.

I would take notes/screenshot of the OT, TID and SID and then paste within the Trainer Info section, which is usually at the bottom when making a custom Pokémon.

On the website, select the game that the trade will occur in. Some Pokemon can’t be found at a specific level. For example; you can’t find a Eevee at level 10 since it doesn’t exist in game and won’t be considered a legal pokemon.

For a Pokémon to be considered legal. The possible legal Pokéball that it can be caught in. The held item being available in the respective game. Whether it can be legally found as Shiny or not. It has to have a proper encounter location on where it was caught or gifted. A legal moveset that it can have depending on the game. And finally, the OT (Original Trainer Name), TID (Trainer ID) and SID (Secret ID), although they are considered optional unless you want them to be seen as authentic and legit. Your Secret ID can only be obtained from external sources such as the Trade Bots, as it will show you during the Trade Process. Good luck genning.
