If you just want tier one access, you can use any that you feel like. I believe it's mentioned that Kofi is the cheapest, but if you read through the list, you can also see that getting tier 2 on Youtube is cheaper than on Kofi.

Really, it comes down to what you want to get out of using the bots, and what payment method works best for you.
