It depends on what Pokemon was generated and how the Pokemon was generated. If the Pokemon needs to be transfered into Scarlet and Violet then yes it would trigger the error.

the trainer role acts as a verification for the server, you're not meant to remove it. The bot saying you didnt have the required role means you tried to trade before being properly verified. The bots cache needs to update before it recognizes that you're verified

that lock is always there, its just something with role permissions, it doesnt mean you cant type there. as for suspicious activity, that means you were detected trying to trade using multiple switch accounts or multiple discord accounts, that restriction gets lifted after around 2 hours
