So the SID, TID, OT, OT gender would all be different between those games, with being able to bring it down to only different SID, TID's by choosing the same trainer name, and gender

No, their key items aren't they? And if you really want to keep them then you really only have three options
A: buy another cartridge of emerald
B: reset your save, and hack in those tickets
C: back up your save using a device like the gameboy operator to get a file of it, and then restart (not really reccomended)

(it says pokemon but really it's for pkhex in general, so there shouldn't be an issue with it)

Also, there may be other ways to get those items, but the only way I'm aware of is with pkhex, so if this isn't really an option, it's up to you to find alternatives

Use showdown to make what ya want. Copy over the information on Showdown on it's Import thing or whatever.
Go to the Bot Channel, do .t then paste whatever you copied from Showdown into the bot and bam! Done.

Make sure to Validate the Pokemon on Showdown first. I recommend going to the Ubers Format to check, cause thats basically an Everything Goes Tier

You gain access to trading once you unlock the Pokedex, if I recall correctly. Then just follow these steps:

1. Press Y to open the Y-Comm menu.
2. Press + while in the Y-Comm menu to connect Online.
3. Choose "Start Trading" to be paired with a random person.
4. Choose "Set Link Code" to connect with someone specific, who also must choose the same Link Code.

(You MUST have Nintendo Online sub in order to trade)

Yeah, part of it was probably the use of Trade Bots that for some reason scrubbed the necessary code for Pokemon only available through Transfer from Home, that signifies they were in fact brought up from Home. The way around that is to just Gen from a previous Generation, and bring the Pokemon into SV through Home, so its the players' own fault for not taking that into consideration
