First off, try being more patient and not insulting the bot just because it isn't working for you. It's an amazing service, and it's free, meaning you lose nothing.
Secondly, you'll need to explain what you mean by "cancel the trade"

First question: The shiny egg bot was replaced with the mythical one
Second: Only if that pokemon can be at level 1 (some pokemon have minimum levels, especially pokemon that evolve via leveling up or most legendaries)

If u use a steel Tera type arceus that has recover calm mind steel beam and acid spray then go into the 7 star delphox use calm mind 6 times then use a recover if u need to then use 3 acid sprays then terastalize and use steel beam and u should one shot it and the arceus needs to be holding the expert belt
