Thank you, sounds good! I've already reviewed the staff document (many times), and saw that automod is very useful and all, however I noticed that specifically in the early morning for my time zone there's no staff available to ping if something happens (one of those conundrums that automod can't necessarily filter). And of course, no slowmode in #questions would be a bonus! I feel like I've invested a lot into this server, and most people here have been very kind to be and I want to give back as much as I can

Yeah, ever since automod was introduced its reduced our workload. And we absolutely do notice how much people help out with things like #questions and we really appreciate it, and it is something we take into consideration when deciding on new staff. It would be a help for those few cases where automod misses something at a time where no one is online to have someone there to take care of it. As for slowmode i get that it can be kind of annoying and ill see if something about it can be done for specific members but i cant really guarantee anything with it.

I've done a bit of research and without giving said member message managing perms for the channel, it's impossible to avoid slowmode entirely. It would be interesting if such a thing was implemented. Thanks again <3

The bots dont pay attention to it, but it does get attached to the pokemon. It mostly doesnt matter, its not like your team is gonna get scrutinized by someone at a tournament or anything, but it will record that data if its moved to say, pokemon home. Pkhex will auto change the date of some limited time event pokemon to match the correct date, but other times you need to do that yourself. For example, I have a Guardevior and Gallade that I made with the SV bots, with the origin game of Emerald. Now it looks a little sus if you have a pokemon from that early with a met date of 2023, so I changed the met date to a few months after emerald came out in the USA. Same for my Lucario from Diamond, though that was mostly me recreating my lucario that was on my phyiscal diamond cartridge that I lost.

For 95% of pokemon, met date doesnt matter cause the ways to get them still exist. Example, Reshiram is still available with today's met date via Sw/Sh. But if you want to mess around, might be something to look into. I did it cause I wanted to see how many ribbons I could put onto a pokemon in SV.

It is, in fact, lapras exclusive, the command is

Number can be replaced with any legal number from 1-255, 1 being smallest and 255 being greatest. Some pokemon cannot be customized in this way, such as the ruin legendaries. This would go at the very back of the set.

How do we import mons from PKHex? I see a database of PKHex files in the pinned section and I watched an extensive tutorial on how to create a legal build in PKHex, but I couldn't figure out how to carry over that build into here as a .pk9 file or text (unsure how to generate text from PKHex file -- couldn't find a tutorial for that). Pretty new to PKHex. 😅

I initially tried dragging and dropping the .pk9 file in the chat for SV-lapras, but the bot didn't respond to it.

Basically telling the bot to initiate the trade on a specific code of your choosing, not one it picks. Really useful if you're gonna be doing like, 5 trades in a row or something

I'm aware that spectrier is bugged, and if you don't have sword then you currently can't request it. There is no channel for asking others to gen pokemon for you.
