For ribbons, yes. See attached image. Via PKHex, you can assign ribbons to a pokemon if they could have gotten them in reality, based on their game of origin.

Depends on the pokemon. For zapdos its just Zapdos for the kanto version, and Zapdos-Galar for the galarian. Thats generally the rule for regional forms

I use a website that makes it so much easier. Just pick the Pokémon, if you want it shiny, it’s ability and held item, it’s move set, and then it’s nature and EVs. You then copy the script, and put it in front of the “.t” command. If it doesn’t work it’s because something about what you made isn’t in the game yet. Sometimes it’s shinies , other times it’s even abilities, or could even be the pokemon just not being in the game yet. Mind you some games can get into scarlet and violet through Pokémon home but that doesn’t mean it’s officially in the game.
