Dosnt matter if a mon has your OT on it, It wont obey unless you have enough badges for said level pokemon to obey you

Since your charizard is Lv 100 you need every gym badge for it to obey you

It might be because of the met variable that it used. The only way I can think of is if you had a PKHeX file where you met it as your starter and gen it that way. Otherwise, it might be for some other reason

Technically it should be possible to get mons from Pokemon Go with the bots, but from what I'm seeing here it might be very strict on what moves you pick (provided you chose any) or not depending on the pokemon when trying to get mons from Go and since I don't know the ins and outs of how the bot deals with mons from Go all I'm saying is pure assumption

Methods vary but the one I use for massive mass outbreaks is saving before revealing them all, then search each individual outbreak untill you find your shiny

Or Theres the method where you clear an outbreak where an alpha pokemon usually spawns, save them soft reset and keep doing so untill your shiny alpha spawns
