As long as it has a legit shiny yes. The bot won’t let you trade pokemon that are currently shiny locked. There’s a list of shiny locked pokemon in both the SV and SwSh bot trades

Yeah, the games only really care about if the Pokemon is legal or not, as in if its actually possible for the Pokemon to be set up in that way. Which the bots only deal with Legal Pokemon. If you tried punching in say Cinderace with Judgement, Eterna Beam, and Fusion Flare, and 252 EVs in every single stat, the bots will refuse to generate it

So as far as the games are concerned, the Pokemon generated by these bots are as legal as ones caught through normal gameplay

The Bots right now only generate Pokemon that can be obtained in the game through legit means right now. So even though some Pokemon have Data for themselves in SV right now, such as Arceus or the Hisui Starters, the Bot won't generate them cause they can't be obtained yet as Pokemon Home support isn't available.

So even though Pokemon like Hisui Samurott have data existing in these games, since they can't be obtained yet without hacking, the bots won't generate them.

So you have to make sure the Pokemon you are generate can be obtained through regular gameplay right now
