How many do you kill in outbreaks?
Do you get to 60 and picnic reset?
Or do you get to the last warming and than picnic reset? (The last warning is something like “theres not many pokemon left from original outbreak”
Gives best shiny chance from outbreak.

Also, regarding shiny vaporean, is actually better to find a eevee outbreak, kill as many as possible than picnic reset. I got like 8 shiny eevees from outbreaks after 1 1/2 hrs. 🥳

If you had a foreign ditto, and breed it with a pokemon, the egg have increased chances to be shiny

If any of the pokemon is foreign, it increases the chances, but its better with a foreign ditto because it breeds with everything
