Ditto is a special case, since it's a pokemon that cannot be bred. Usually these will be messed up slightly either due to some glitch, or the fact that it can't find an accurate encounter with said IVs, meaning it just gave you one that met most of the specifications

As far as I know, this seems to be the case with most genderless pokemon/pokemon that can't be bred

@rotund swan make sure your reading the msgs in the bot channel as the bot is currently down (reading what’s in the channel (mostly just the bottom bit and see if there’s any msgs from staff) helps not to waste time on trying to use a bit that is down)
