I haven't personally used the bot here, but what you usually do is trade a Mon to the bot, the bot will DM you a file of that pokemon, make sure it's one of your own. Then send that file right back to the bot DM

the bots dont send you a file of what you traded it, the SV bot just tells you your OT, TID, and SID. But the gengar bots dont allow you to add those onto a request, only lapras allows that

i wouldnt use the server subscription as thats being removed as an option here on February first, in #click-me theres 2 other options for the lapras bots. The main difference between the 2 is when it renews the subscription. and yes they are intended to be for 1 month then you can either renew or cancel it

If it's happened multiple times, it is almost definitely a problem on your end. Either you're too slow and barely connect, or you don't have a stable connection.

Found the problem. Apparently you cant trade back the mons that the bot gave you. You must trade the mons you caught yourself
I kept trying to trade back the driflim i got from the bot and it was not taking that. But when i traded away a stunky i caught, it took it

if you’re trying to add a request when the bot is full it won’t let you either it will just say the line is full come back later

yeah you should be fine for trading between both switches. you may have an error when using the bot next time because it doesn’t particularly like using multiple accounts for the switch and discord. should clear up in about 2 hours if you have any problems afterwards

Gotta find them throughout the world, trade for them, or hatch them from eggs. The normal chance for the is 1/8000 or so but you can reduce this number by getting the shiny charm or using sparking power sandwiches

Yes much better you can get with in minute of putting in if you mean the set ones where you make the set but I haven’t tried the patreon shiny random bot if your talking about that but yes I do recommend buying instead of waiting hours

As long as you don't do it more than once, and as long as it is traded between you and the other person and not you giving them the link code directly, we can't really stop it from happening. Just as long as it isn't made a habit, it should be fine.

I think I know what you’re asking, and no, once the trade is completed, the bot will manually disconnect and there’s nothing you can do, so no, nobody can hold it hostage
