I can see in the logs that you’ve had a few issues so I’ll try and address them

1 - Make sure that if you are requesting mons from SWSH that your showdown format is set to Gen8. That will take out the Tera Type line that is blocking your messages.

2 - A few of the Pokémon that you have tried to request are shiny locked (Urshifu, for example). Check the pins in the trade channels to see which mons are shiny locked/unobtainable.

Trying to get IVs / EVs is a huge pain + nature. (Best way would be to use sysbots, which is what most competitive players do). Otherwise, you just have to get lucky
