Im actually not aware of a batch command that can influence that, but it's possible with the program PKHeX. Its quite overwhelming at first but once you know how to use it its a lot better than Showdown. I can even send you a detailed guide on how to use PKHeX if you want

Setting it up on your own needs a separate Switch with CFW, the game, Nintendo Online and a Laptop/PC its connected to for the program to work iirc. Ima be honest, if you have a Switch with CFW extract your save file and edit it with PKHeX instead of trading to yourself. Thats like at least 10x faster
