4th last is Regional Champion Ribbon, 5th last is Battle Champion Ribbon

Yes, it’s classified as a legal Pokémon so you would be able to get it. The Pokémon showdown method with import/export, just like any Pokémon you’d get from this bot. Just make sure to type .trade first
