It means something is wrong with the pokemon you're trying to create. Usually moveset.
Looking at what you tried I think the level might be too low for starters.
Also recommend using capitalization. Cause the bot is very picky sometimes

From what I gotten a hold of, could you try and set a custom link code? So before requesting a trade, put 8 digit code in front of the Pokémon being requested.
So something like this:

oh i see. trade inside a pokémon center to reduce any connection lag. while in game press y and connect to the internet with the + sign (or - i don’t remember) when it says it’s connected you can use the link trade code option and should be able to connect. there’s a 1 minute limit so you have to be quick about it. it’s easier to enter the first 4 digits which are usually 0000 (but can change obviously) and wait for gengar to distribute the ending code

I think you can get zeraora but it needs to be the event Pokémon because that’s the only way it was released and then volcanian is shiny locked check the pins in the bot channel

There's no need to customize moves, because you can change them at any time in-game.
Capitalization matters. Make sure the "A" in "Alpha" is capitalized, as well as the "S" in "Shiny"

you're not properly putting the shiny and alpha on separate lines, you need to use the return button on your keyboard, and it also doesnt look like you read the pinned messages because i see other errors with your request aswell
