Im not sure if this is a solution to your problem, but if you go into pkhex, view the pokemon, right click the picture of the pokemon (near where it tells you if it's legal or not) and save the pokemon file from there and post that file. I've found that if you got the file from another website and just plug it into the bot, it does not like that
